Reviews
“We have two Mini Australian Shepherds… The facility is very clean and I knew they were in good hands… When I arrived my dogs looked handsome, smelt wonderful, and I could tell they also felt safe… I will continue to make the hour drive.”
“We had a bad experience at the last groomer… my anxiety went out the window when I met the groomer. It was so clean and a great environment… I’m thankful I found someone to trust with my fur babies.”
“We took a disheveled little black poodle in and picked up a show dog! Excellent work… Always very friendly.”
“They treated Jax like part of their own family… I couldn’t have asked for a better grooming. I highly recommend them.”
FAQ
+Are you accepting new clients?
Yes—when availability allows. The best way to confirm openings is to call. We’ll help you choose the right service and schedule the best time.
+Do you groom all breeds and coat types?
Yes. We groom a wide range of breeds, sizes, and coat types. If your dog has a special coat, behavior, or health consideration, let us know when you call so we can recommend the best service.
+Do you offer gentle grooming for anxious dogs?
We focus on calm handling and a steady, structured process. If your dog is nervous or has had a difficult grooming experience elsewhere, tell us when you call so we can plan the best approach.
+How often should my dog be groomed?
The frequency depends on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks to maintain coat health and comfort.
+What if my dog has mats?
If matting is present, we’ll recommend the safest approach for your dog’s comfort. In some cases, that may mean a shorter cut rather than extensive de-matting.
+Do you have options for sensitive skin or special needs?
Yes. We use dog-safe products and can accommodate many sensitivities. Let us know what your dog needs when you call so we can plan appropriately.
+How long does a grooming appointment take?
Timing varies based on your dog’s size, coat, and the services requested. Most appointments take 2–3 hours. We’ll give you a more precise estimate when you book.
+Can I stay during my dog’s grooming appointment?
We’ve found that most dogs settle more comfortably when their owners are not present. Rest assured, we provide a calm, structured environment throughout the appointment.
+How do I book an appointment?
The best way to schedule is by phone. Call us and we’ll walk you through the right service for your dog and find the best available time.
